History of D.A.M. Salsa

D.A.M. Salsa was served to our customers at La Casa de Rios, our family restaurant in Southeast Portland, from 1972 to 1984. A traditional New Mexican recipe, it has always been a favorite in the Martinez household. D.A.M. Salsa is now available in selected stores. It is the same recipe, still made with the same attention and care as it was years ago when we proudly served it to our friends and patrons at La Casa de Rios.

I hope you enjoy my salsa. It’s just one of many traditional recipes brought from New Mexico by my parents. For many generations these recipes have been served to our family and friends. Today, I am happy to be able to share this all natural, gluten and preservative free salsa with you and yours.
